Oliver apartments are perfect. Not only are they brand new but the complex itself is secure and safe. The staff is so welcoming and made the app process and moving so simple , it's like I forgot about the stresses of moving! I love my new apartment and the location is so convenient too.

This is a wonderful apartment complex nestled in the quiet community of Temperance, MI. It has easy access to I-75 to head into Detroit and is just north of Toledo, OH. The management is incredibly nice, professional, and timely if there are any issues. I really enjoy living here. Last, but not least, the pricing for the units is very reasonable and a great value. Thanks for being awesome Oliver!

Loving our new place! Kim and Allison were so incredibly helpful during the whole process and made everything as stress free and smooth as possible. The units are BEAUTIFUL and area is great!
